Rab AW25

Beyond ordinary.

Ordinary days aren’t measured in miles. They aren’t improvised at altitude. They don’t begin at first light, lead you above the clouds, and end with dwindling sunlight as you take refuge in the shadows of summits.

But then, ordinary days never make great stories.

Welcome to the new Rab Autumn/Winter 2025 collection.

Rab Electron Pro Down Hoody - Men & Women

Built to accompany you everywhere, from your first lead through a lifetime of sends and setbacks. Ready to be stuffed in a pack, thrown on at the crag, and provide familiar refuge on windswept belays. Versatile, dependable, and always on your kit list.

Rab Kangri GTX Waterproof Jacket - Men & Women

PFAS-free without compromise. Because protecting mountains means protecting the environment.

For years, waterproof performance relied on fluorocarbons (PFAS), forever chemicals that persist in ecosystems and water supplies. The Kangri GTX uses innovative ePE membrane technology delivering 28,000mm waterproof protection whilst being completely PFAS-free throughout: face fabric, membrane, and backer. You get proven GORE-TEX 3-layer performance with environmental credentials. No compromise. No guilt. Just robust protection that respects the mountains you're walking through.

Rab mid-layers & pull-ons

Rab Men's Ascendor Pro Hoody

Your body generates 300-800 watts during high-output ascents. Most midlayers can't handle it.

Human power output during steep ascents with a pack ranges from 300 to 800 watts, roughly equivalent to running 3-6 space heaters inside your jacket. Standard fleeces trap this heat, forcing you to strip down and risk getting cold. The Ascendor Pro's body-mapped softshell panels are positioned in your highest heat-generation zones (underarms, upper back) to dump excess warmth whilst Thermic™ Pro fleece across your core maintains baseline temperature.

The result? You can push hard without cooking. You can pause without freezing. Temperature regulation becomes automatic.

Rab Ascendor Hoody - Men & Women

Swinging tools. Steep slopes. Moving fast.

When you're working hard in cold conditions, you need a midlayer that adapts: breathable during the approach, warm at the belay, mobile on technical terrain. The Ascendor delivers with Thermic™ G grid fleece that regulates temperature across varying outputs.

Slim fit won't bulk under your shell. Under-helmet hood won't create pressure points. Harness-compatible pockets stay accessible when you're racked up. Longer back covers your hips. At 397g, it's light enough to wear all day without overheating.

Stretchy, fast-drying, and built for climbers who understand that comfort equals performance on long alpine routes.

Rab Ascendor Light Hoody - Men & Women

Alternating stripes. Minimal bulk. Maximum breathability.

Traditional fleeces use uniform construction, adding bulk where you don't need it. The Ascendor Light uses Thermic™ S striped fleece with alternating high and low-lofting zones.

Result? 308g of warmth that breathes during steep approaches and layers without restriction.

Slim fit works under shells or harnesses. Under-helmet hood provides warmth without pressure points. Matrix™ chest pocket handles abrasion from pack straps and rock contact. Full-length zip dumps heat when intensity ramps up. Built for fast-moving ascents where bulk kills performance and weight matters.

Rab Covex Hoody - Men & Women

When wind chill hits, reach for this.

Some days demand more warmth. The Covex delivers it at 424g without adding bulk. This is the warmest and most protective fleece in Rab's Thermic™ family; midweight 245gsm fabric with a soft brushed back that holds heat whilst the smooth face layers seamlessly under shells.

Under-helmet hood seals warmth when wind picks up. Rolled hems on cuffs and hem prevent cold spots. Stretchy enough for scrambling. Breathable enough for steep approaches. Built with recycled Thermic™ fleece and PFAS-free throughout. Essential for chilly hikes, winter scrambles, and cold-weather climbs where standard fleeces leave you wanting more warmth.

Rab accessories

Rab Men's Guide GTX Gloves

Holding ski poles. Grabbing edges. Grappling with rope.

Winter mountains demand versatility: waterproof for wet snow, insulated for bitter cold, dexterous for technical work. The Guide GTX delivers across all three.

GORE-TEX Active with PFAS-free ePE membrane handles precipitation. 100gsm PrimaLoft® Gold insulation plus high pile lining maintains warmth during prolonged exposure. Goat leather construction provides grip whether you're swinging tools or adjusting ski bindings. 3D pre-curved design reduces fatigue on long days. Short cuff design layers under jacket sleeves. Digital leather reinforcement in key wear areas. Hook-and-loop adjustment for customised fit.

Rab Guide GTX Gauntlets - Men & Women

When short cuffs let in the cold that ends routes.

Snow down your sleeves ends climbs. The Guide GTX Gauntlets eliminate this with extended cuffs featuring single-handed adjustment that seals out spindrift, powder, and bitter wind. GORE-TEX Plus Warm technology with PFAS-free ePE membrane provides highly insulated, waterproof, windproof protection for prolonged exposure.

Goat leather palm and fingers deliver grip on ice tools and rope. 60gsm PrimaLoft® Gold plus high pile lining maintains warmth. 3D pre-curved construction reduces fatigue during technical work. Articulated design preserves dexterity for belaying and gear handling. Removable leash prevents loss. At 250g, they're built for midwinter conditions where functioning fingers are crucial. Essential for winter climbing, backcountry skiing, and technical missions in extreme cold.

Rab Men's Guide GTX Mitts

Chipping ice. Cruising powder. Fighting sub-zero cold.

Frozen icefalls and backcountry powder demand maximum hand warmth. The Guide GTX Mitts deliver it through mitt construction that keeps fingers together, generating heat gloves sacrifice for dexterity. 100gsm PrimaLoft® Gold plus high pile lining plus an internal glove create layered insulation for unrelenting warmth.

GORE-TEX Plus Warm technology with fluorocarbon-free ePE membrane provides waterproof, windproof protection. Goat leather palm maintains grip. Drawcord cuff seals heat. 3D pre-curved construction for comfort. Removable leashes prevent loss on exposed terrain. They're the first choice for winter climbing, skiing, and mountaineering in the coldest conditions.

Rab VR Gloves

Wind protection. Maximum breathability. Zero bulk.

Wind-resistant gloves typically trap sweat during high-output ascents. The VR Gloves refuse this compromise. Vapour-Rise™ technology deflects stubborn winds whilst Bemberg lining and Matrix™ softshell work together to expel moisture on tough climbs.

At 98g, they provide wind protection without bulk. Goat leather palm grips rock, rope, and equipment. Touchscreen-compatible finger and thumb let you check beta without exposing hands. Hook-and-loop cuff adjustment seals out wind. Built for alpine climbing, long walk-ins, and ski tours in cool conditions where you're moving fast and generating heat.

Rab Perimeter Beanie - Standard & Rolled

Normal or Rolled. Your choice. Same quality.

The Perimeter comes in two fits: Normal for classic coverage or Rolled for casual style. Both use 100% recycled fine yarn that maintains shape through years of mountain use. Both weigh 91g. Both deliver natural hand feel without itch.

Ribbed construction provides comfort and fit. Four colour options work with any kit. Equally at home on the trail, by the campfire, or during chilly outdoor sessions. A kit list essential that actually deserves the title.

Rab Down Hut Slipper

When the summit takes everything.

The final push to the ridge. Scrambling over frost-shattered rock. Hours of walking that turn your boots into instruments of endurance. Then you reach the hut, the bothy, the tent, and the day's hard work is done.

Slip into the Rab Down Hut Slipper. 700FP down wraps tired feet in the warmth they've earned, whilst a plush brushed fleece lining and cushioned EVA footbed deliver instant relief. At just 198g per pair (size M), they pack down smaller than your water bottle, ready to transform cold floorboards or frozen sleeping bags into genuine comfort. Built with a Pertex® Quantum outer, they're windproof, lightweight, and tough enough for Alpine hut corridors or Scottish bothy flagstones. The foldable non-slip sole grips when you pad to the stove for another brew.

Your feet carried you to the summit. Now let them rest in down.

Rab Cirrus Hut Slipper

Works when wet. Dries fast. Lighter than down.

The Rab Cirrus Hut Slipper uses 100% recycled PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation Luxe; synthetic fibres that trap warmth even when wet and dry faster than any natural fill.

At 172g per pair (size M), they're lighter than Rab's Down version whilst offering serious advantages: breathable, fast-drying, and completely PFAS-free. The recycled Pertex® Quantum outer resists weather. Inside, cushioned EVA foam and elasticated stretch inserts deliver comfort and secure fit. The non-slip sole grips damp bothy floors or Alpine hut boards.

Pack them for multi-day trips where weather turns unpredictable. Use them in wet Scottish bothies. Trust them when condensation is guaranteed.
