Returns Policy


We have a very simple returns policy:

  • If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it, by refund, replacement, exchange or credit.
  • If you change your mind, we’ll refund, or exchange an item provided it is still new and unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • If it’s faulty we’ll refund, replace or repair
  • If it’s under warranty, we’ll repair, replace or refund according to the manufacturer.

Unwanted items

If you decide the product you purchased from us is not for you, please return them to us, by bringing it back to our store, or sending it to us through the post. We suggest a signature or tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items not returned to us.

We will happily issue a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery, providing you have proof of purchase. Please remember to keep your order confirmation, which would have been emailed to you. This is extended to 60 days over the Christmas period,from 1st December until the last day of January.

It is important that any unwanted product, is returned in the same condition as it was received. The item must be unused and in a resalable condition, complete with tag, packaging and associated documentation where applicable.

We will reimburse you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the full sale amount of the product you don't want. This includes the cost of delivery to you but not the cost of returning the product to us.

Faulty Items

Although we try to deal with faulty items immediately by refund, repair or exchange, we stock technical equipment and on occasions, we may have to return faulty items to the manufacturer for inspection. This can be a lengthy process, but we will endeavour to keep the waiting time to a minimum.

Items Under Warranty

Items under warranty can be returned to us, and we will usually contact the manufacturer to confirm they are happy with the warranty claim. They may choose to refund, replace or repair the item. We will conduct this as quickly as possible.

Items that can only be returned if they are faulty

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following products:

  • Perishable goods
  • Safety products and Personal Protective Equipment
  • Swimwear or Underwear with hygiene seals removed
  • Bespoke items, such as custom rope lengths cut from a reel, or clothing made to customers specifications.

How to return items to us

You can return items to us by calling in to our store or returning via Royal Mail or an alternative courier. You can purchase a tracked return label from Royal Mail here:

Please be aware of size restrictions: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm/ and max 5kg for Royal Mail

How to package

Please enclose the order confirmation note (or name and address with your order number and reason for return) with the product, and package up securely as we cannot be held responsible for any damage during posting.
