This helmet has a high density expanded polypropylene foam headpiece on the inside and a thermoformed ABS outer shell, providing both lightness and strength. The ergonomic shape provides maximum protection while ensuring a clear field of vision. A single adjustment wheel in the back and an adjustable chinstrap allow for efficient and quick adjustments. Y-shaped lanyard with tear-apart energy absorber. Very simple to use, absorbs the energy of a fall by the tearing apart of certain sewn threads. Absorber is stored in a zippered pouch: - Protected from abrasion, - condition can be easily inspected. Retractable lanyard arms are practical to use: - reduced bulk, - carabiners are easily reached. Third, shorter arm attached to absorber for clipping to the bars (for resting) or for progressing closer to the cable. Webbing loop allows direct linking to the harness using a lark's foot knot.
